Delivery Times

The expedited delivery of your items is very important to us, therefore we do everything we can to ensure you receive your order in the shortest time possible.

Delivery times may vary due to the type of products ordered as well as the volume of orders.
The expected shipping date of a product is listed in the product’s details page and also appears in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation page.

Please Note: Due to organizational reasons, we cannot provide any partial shipments. When items in an order have different expected dates of delivery, the expected delivery date of the item requiring the longest delivery time will be used as the expected date of shipment for the order. The expected date of delivery for the entire order is shown on the order overview page.

Please also be aware that the expected delivery dates are provided for informational purposes and are not part of a legally binding agreement.

Shipping Charges By Country

Germany:

  • Order value up to 50 euros - 4.50€
  • Order value of 50 euros or more - free shipping!

 

Austria:

  • Order value up to 50 euros - 7.50€
  • Order value of 50 euros or more - 4.50€

 

Switzerland:

  • Order value up to 100 euros - 10.90€
  • Order value of 100 euros or more - 6.90€

ATTENTION SWISS CUSTOMERS: Customs duties may be applicable - please contact your Swiss customs officials for more information. Please also note that we are not currently able to provide VAT exempt invoices for deliveries to Switzerland.

 

Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands:

  • Order value up to 100 euros - 10.90€
  • Order value of 100 euros or more - 6.90€

 

Parcel Service Information and Delivery Tracking

All our orders are shipped with DHL.

When an order is given to the parcel service, a tracking number is issued. Using this number, an order can be tracked while it is in the delivery process. You can find the tracking number for your order in the shipping confirmation e-mail and on the overview page of your customer account.
