The products we offer require various processing and delivery times. Specific information regarding an item can be found on each product’s page. You’ll receive notifications regarding the status of your order while it is being processed, such as:

  • We’re currently waiting to receive payment (if you’ve chosen to pay in advance).
  • We’re waiting for you to contact us to clarify an issue with your photo(s) or information regarding your order.
  • Our designers are currently modelling your photo into 3D.
  • We’re currently crafting your ordered product.
  • Your product is currently being packed and given to the parcel service.
  • Your order has been shipped.

Automatic E-Mail Status Updates

You’ll immediately receive updates such as those above and other messages related to your order automatically via our shop system by e-mail. If you’ve created a customer account through which your order was placed, you can also access this information in your customer menu by providing your log-in and password.

Not receiving any e-mails from us?

Possible reasons for not receiving our e-mails include providing us with an e-mail address that was not entered correctly (containing a typo), or that our mails are being blocked or deleted by your e-mail software or e-mail provider. Please check your e-mail’s spam folder to see if the notifications have inadvertently been placed there.
