How to Order Products from LOOXIS

Introduction

The 3D laser photo is a creation of LOOXIS, and not only do we manufacture our 3D laser photos in a wide range of styles for you to choose from, we also offer you a unique product range which includes many other high-quality, personalized photo gifts and accessories. First choose at the top of this page a product category, then from the drop down menu a product. On every product page, you’ll find information and details about your selected item along with configuration options.

1. Select a Product & Upload a Photo

Choose your product. Each product’s page features configuration options and for those items requiring photos, a photo uploader. Optionally, you can also edit your photo by zooming, rotating, cropping and specifying the foreground & background if desired.

2. Product Preview

Please observe the information provided within the product preview.

3. Your Shopping Cart

The products you see in your shopping cart are the ones which you’ve placed within it. You can add more products at any time, as well as remove products (by clicking on the trash can symbol next to the product).You can also change the quantity of the products you wish to order. The ordering process can be cancelled at any time during this step. Clicking on the button ‘proceed to checkout’ takes you to the next step in the ordering process.

4. Proceed To Checkout

If you already have a customer account, log in with your e-mail address and your password. If you’re a new customer, click on ‘create an account’ to easily and quickly set up your account. Once you’re logged in, you can choose the type of delivery you wish to have.

5. Billing Address / Delivery Address

Please make sure to review and check the delivery address.

You can also provide us with a delivery address different than the billing address. Just remove the checkmark from ‘send to this address’ and enter a different address for delivery. Please note, however, that your bill will not be separately mailed - it will be enclosed with the shipped package.

8. Completing Your Order / General Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice

Check and review the details of your order, including the products chosen, the delivery and billing address and your contact information. Check to make sure all the given information is correct, then please carefully read our General Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice . The ordering process can only proceed once you’ve agreed (by placing a check mark) to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. By clicking on the ‘place order’ button, you are entering a legally binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming that we have received your order. With this confirmation by e-mail, the purchase agreement becomes legally effective.
